Is there a matrix or comparison chart of what permissions a power user has compared to a standard user.

I have looked at the user rights assignment using secpol.msc and have looked at the technet article and Marks blog, I know there are a lot more differences I just cant find the detail.

Has anyone seen such a document that references the differences?
