Post installation vb srcipt conditions

Assume that you have created a VBScript custom action for post-processing during the removal of the application. What condition would you associate with that custom action, and when would you execute it?

Condition for the custom action during uninstall would be REMOVE~="ALL".
What should the script do?

The script searches for a folder and deletes it .
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
