Possible to edit the help desk / service desk page

Hello all,

My company wants to make a change to the webpage to include a "banner" that asks if user has looked at knowledge base on the service desk webpage.
So instead of the default page saying "New" then selecting a queue, they would like to replace "New" with "Have you checked the knowledge base for your answer"

Im not sure if this is possible?

It's not possible in the product. You could open an enhancement request (long-term) at http://kace.uservoice.com/forums/82699-k1000 OR contact services to see what customization options you have with this and the hourly rates.

thanks Gillyspy. we will be speaking with services soon anyway so will update if available.
