K1000: Possible to allow user to close others tickets on behalf of?

Somewhat new to KACE and am curious if a user can be allowed to close tickets on behalf of others without taking ownership? Currently I have to take ownership which skews the metrics for my team.

Thanks for any suggestions or guidance!
