Pervasive SQL 9.0 Silent Install?
Does anyone know of any issues with unattended installs of Pervasive SQL 9.0?
I'm seriously trying to install Pervasive SQL 9.0 silently/unattended.
I've referenced their tech manual and all I have found were the command line options and a quick note
that JRE is a prereq. I've attempted the install with the following command lines,
"\\Net Share\setup.exe" /S /v" /l*v "c:\install.log" /qn ALLUSERS=1
And for some reason, the install hangs - but successfully completes ONLY the Pervasive System Analyzer install.
??? I've yet to find a post or document on how to complete a silent install (notable) with a successful (ensured) method.
System installing to:
Win XP SP2
Clean (all windows update)
No other software besides the JRE setup in the job to install prior to SQL9.
You're help is most appreciated.

I'll post a new package with information on a successful (RELIABLE) method of a silent/unattended full or custom client install.
