Permission required to close a process
HI
getting variable results with closing a process ticket. What permissions need to be turned on to allow them to complete a process. Have had a look at the roles and cant to see any obvious permissions to give the user that option. THey are the owner of the ticket which should allow them to complete the process.

Went through a process of elimination and it was a mix of labels and permissions. Problem resolved. - kiwiblue 5 years ago

Mr B, the user just needs to have the right to close the child tickets, if your process is set such then when all child tickets are closed the process will complete.
