PC not showing up in status list at bottom of Managed Installs screen
So, I'm trying to deploy the latest firefox, something I've done many times before.
One pc just isn't showing up in the list at the bottom of the managed installs page, it's in the label. Even if I add it's IP address explicitly it still doesn't show up in the list.....other pc's are fine.
Firefox def isn't installed on it already although even that shouldn't make a difference.It should alway sshow in the list and just be listed as installed/not installed/attempts x out of 3
I setup a few new installs for this PC and they were all fine but now even if I try to setup another install with a different app it just won't show in the list. I'm not sure what's changed.

Is the OS of that machine selected under Supported Operating Systems for the Software record of that version of Firefox??
Yes that's it! Thanks so much! This PC is running win 7 64 bit which wasn't selected. Genius!
