We have PCs in inventory showing up with red connection, but we are still able to remote into they from Kace. Need help updating agent to this PCs.

I would try restarting the service on a test system then trying a check in from the client side.  In an elevated command prompt:

1. cd "c:\program files (x86)\dell\kace"
2. amptools.exe restart
3. runkbot -s 4 0

When you remote in you are using a 3rd party product and not the K1000 agent. I assume there is an agent problem on the machines. I recommend verifying the Dell KACE Agent services are running. If so, try uninstalling/reinstalling the agent on the problem machines to see if they begin showing as connected.
