Patching Office 2013

Guys

The kace for patching is starting to be more work than I would like, so I might be going after a new product to patch my windows devices. However, I'm willing to check how others patch their devices,

I have been patching Office2013 for the last number of years. I thought it was all working fine , with smart label handling the latest patches and running them on a weekly cycle.

However, I;ve discovered we are running may patch levels out of date, and no matter how I configure the security in kace I can't get it to update.

Have any one got a step by step setups on how they firstly, capture office 2013 patches (this might where it's falling over)?

In a nutshell,
1) Patch Catalog > Patch Download setting> see how's the schedule is how's it's receiving updates. Also, check to see if the new updates are getting active by default instead of manually making them active.
2) Patch Label > make sure you have patch label and can actually see updates i.e. sort by date etc. compare it with Microsoft.
3) How patch labels are applied/schedule.

If you go over these steps, I'm pretty sure  you can find the issue, unless you're fairly new at this, than I'll suggest hitting up the detailed step by step instructions but than again everybody have it setup differently/according to their environment/preference.

Good luck!
