Patching and creating a list of missing updates

Hello all,

I am really new to using KACE,I have used it on a user scale not as an administrator and REALLY need help.  I was wondering how to run patches?  I have never deployed patches to all our systems and need help.  I also was wondering if there is a way to detect missing updates on all machines with the client installed?

I really need this dumbed down I am kind of on square one.  Thanks!
