Patching Adobe Flash Issue

Recently I have been receiving feedback from some users about and adobe flash popup.  It states that you must have admin rights to install Adobe Flash Player, but KACE is installing the updates and shown as complete.  Nothing has changed in the Adobe patching in KACE... what could be the cause of this issue?

It would appear that KACE is performing the installation as a user (not an admin) so the installation it runs is only available to itself and reports a successful install.  When a user launches the app, it attempts to perform a self-heal and fails.  Make sure the installation is being perform for the machine, as opposed to Per-User.
