Patch Tasks Status: error (Handshake Failed)

I was trying to install windows Patches to one of the windows 7 machines.Patch tasks finished with the status : error (Handshake Failed)

I have tried with windows 8/windows 8.1 Operating systems.I am getting the same error.How to troubleshoot this issue?

Well you could reinstall the agent again or maybe thoses files are corrupted, I had this problem  for several weeks,

I have made the following changes to my setup:

1)Added dell kace server ip Address/Host name to Forward and reverse lookup zone of my DNS server
2)Reinstalled Dell kace Agent and gave the kace server name as  "k1000.mydomain.com".
3)Deleted all the patch files from Patch Download settings and re-downloaded the patch files again.

Patch detect and deploy is working fine...
