Patch Shows Missing, shows Succeeded when deployed but doesn't Install

I have a 2012 R2 Server that is showing a patch is missing. When I detect and deploy, the job succeeds but the patch is never installed. When I run detect on the server, it shows the patch is missing. How can I check what is going on with this?

Update: I tried to install the patch manually and it says its already installed!

Its patch KB4467703 KACE is showing this as missing on multiple servers when it is in fact installed.
