Patch request

If we have some general software that we would like to patch that is currently not available in the Patch Feed, how do we go about requesting it?  Is it opening up a support ticket or is there some kind of form we could fill out?

  • You can submit a ticket and request patches that you want to be added into the patching feed. You may want to get links to the webpages of the patches that you're looking for and also let us know what operating systems you're wanting the patches for.
  • I thought all of KACE's patch subscriptions were powered by Lumension.
    • They are. We usually submit request to Lumension if anything is missing.
      • So could we submit something to Lumension without needing an account from them?
      • I know Kace will get the information from customers who requests patches and pass it along to Lumension.
