KACE Product Support

KACE Tech Support - I manage a team of data analysts and we use KACE to request/track our work.  We recently added a custom front end to help customers navigate to the appropriate path, most of which end in a new ticket.  We are currently using https://support.xxxxxxx.com/userui/ticket.php?QUEUE_ID=xx to drive customers to the appropriate form.  We'd like to pass additional parameters (e.g. Submitter name, Program, Priority, etc.) via URL depending on the navigation path to help expedite form completion and get cleaner data.  I've tried to concatenate additional parameters using &Status_ID=xxx&Program_ID=YYY&Priority_ID=ZZZ but the default values persist and the form is not updated.  What is the best method/scripting to pass multiple form field values via URL?
