ParentChild tickets and total hours
Hello!
I am looking for a way to setup a parent ticket which multiple child tickets in different queues that will allow me to see the total hours in the parent ticket or in a report.
Bosses would like to track how long a project takes. Thank you !

Thank you! I tried that one, and the first one the math works but doesn't group the child tickets together.
The second one the math doesn't work, but does attempt to group it all together.
