packaging PcAnywhere 11.5
Hi,
I am trying to package / deploy PcAnywhere 11.5.
When I deploy it, and I open it for the first time, it ask me for the registration and then when I pass the registration, it gives me an error which is "You do not have rights to modify this file" which I can bypass by clicking a couple of time on the "Ok" button.
I would like to bypass the registration box on the first opening of the program and then automaticly set the rights on the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\pcAnywhere\Remotes"
Does anyone could help me with those things?
Cheers!

Suppressing registration: what does ProcMon show you happening when you open the app?
Folder permissions: if the account you're using doesn't have write access to 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users', your ACLs are mightily screwed. Unless the vendor's taking lessons from Adobe and walking over permissions at will...

Do you have a tool to automaticly set the permissions during the deployment of somethings?
