Packages in Windows XP SP1 & SP2

Hi
All of my packages were repackaged in Win XP SP1 environment.
Would it be relatively safe to use these packages on a Win XP SP2 machines?
Or do i need to redo all the packages again in XP SP2 packaging environment.

From some of the packages i have installed onto XP SP2, i have not seen any issues so far.
Your feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

Kory

No, its not safe. Too much security change. You need to test all of them..

I wouldn't say that you need to repackage the packages you created on XP SP1.
But I would suggest you do as François suggested, test the package so you are sure that the application do work under SP2.

It had been worse if you had repackaged under SP2 and installed on SP1.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
