Package not capturing target pc's network adapter

I have recently packaged an application called Packetyzer which when installed its got a capture option in which it has to capture whatever network adapters installed on the pc. But in this case it doesn't seem to do it when installed on a clean pc that it has not been installed on at all. It only seems to do it when the msi is installed on a pc that has had packetyzer installed on it and removed at one point or the other.

Any help would be much appreciated please. Thanks in anticipation.

Sounds like the application isn't able to be captured into a MSI because the original vendors setup is doing some sort of custom action on the network cards.

If you really want this app to be a MSI then you'll need to dig alot deeper into the application and find out how it "captures the network adapters".
