Software Deployment

I am trying to do a transform for outlook 2003 with the Install Tailor from Wise. The problem is that after I enter the activation key it says the capture is complete. It never gives me a chance to do a custom install and change some of the options. What other options do I have to make a transform, or what could be the cause of the premature capture? Doing package creation on this sounds like a bad idea since its already an msi.
