Other version information
Hi Everyone! I hope you could help me with my question.
I have created a wrapper for my msi file and I want to add some items in "other version information" (exe properties in version tab) using Wise Package Editor. I know that you can change some information from Installation Expert under General Information but it only gives me:
Version
Description
Copyright
Company Name
Is there a way that I could add some items using Wise script?
I tried searching the forum and googling but I can't find any relative information.

The information you refer to comes from the EXE (or DLL, OCX) itself. If you wanted to change the content of those fields, you would need to use a resource editor. You cannot, AFAIK, add additional fields: they are standard fields used in Windows executable file headers. I'm sure MSDN would provide you with lots of information but, given that you asked the question and thus not knowledgeable in this area - no offence intended - I would hesitate to even start if I were you.
