Organization Options Issue : It was showing "default" value on top right drop down, now it is blank

I have configured two organization,  It was showing "default" value on top right drop down, now it is showing blank, what to do to bring back the default value.

Another issue I am facing, I have configured SSO, so user is able to login automatically to default organization, is there any way that user can switch to organization from their login itself to use helpdesk.

with 6.4 there is a limitation if you have a huge user database

  • We have 6.3,User DB is of 3000 User sync with AD in both the organization...
