Opera Browser Hide menu items

I am trying to virtualize Opera Browser 10.53. I want to HIDE the "Check for Updates" Menu item from the browser. Please tell me how to do it.

Found it -
goto program files->opera->ui->standard_menu.ini
remove the line containing the phrase " check for upgrades"
this removes the "check for updates" menu item from the help menu
