One User Not Being Imported

I've had Kace deployed for a few months now, everything is going great.

We do user imports via a security group "Kace Users" My intended users are in this group and get imported properly. I have one user (a VIP, of course) who is not getting imported.

they have the required fields, are in the group, and are in an OU with other users who also get imported. 

When I do an LDAP query for non-indexed objects, it can find the user account, but it will never import it.

Any suggestions?

I resolved my own problem. For some reason I was unable to view users in the root of an OU, but nested OUs in that OU worked fine. Created a new OU and moved my users into it.
