Software Deployment

I am having a issue with Office 2010 When I push it down to my machine when the user loads Outlook 2010 its not automaticly putting the credintals in like username and server name. they are having to manualy do it.. which is a option here with 5000 machine and users who cant even spell.. but if I load it manualy from Media discc (aka the office 2010 cd) it does but in the credintals.. what am i doing wrong when I package this ?
