Office 2007 Word default Save location

So we are getting ready to deploy Office 2007. And by default we have all the office apps default to save/open from the users network drive. But in the OCT for Office 2007, I do not see a place to set this path for Word, but it's in the Save catagory Under Featuers-> Modify User Settings for Excel.

Is there a location I'm overlooking to set the default save location?

Being extremely simplistic about it, why not monitor the change (using ProcMon or your favourite file/registry monitor), see which reg key/file gets updated, find that key/file in the MSI, then update your MST with the change. It's almost bound to be property-driven but, if not, that's worth implementing, even though these things hardly ever change, right? :)

in the past microsoft publish ADM templates which is a group of GPO settings which contain full documentation on all registry keys used in the policy settings.

Its broken down into application and details, i dont see that they would of changed this process as they have been using for every version of office back till 97.
