Office 2007

Hi All

I am testing Exchange 2007 server in our enviornment. We are using office 2003 and all the users are not ready for office 2007, I am trying to create a package which will uninstall outlook 2003 only and install outlook 2007. So I took a workstation with office 2003.

1. From office 2007 ran setup.exe /admin and created msp file which will uninstall outlook 2003 and leave other components of office 2003, it also will install outllook 2007.
2. On another workstation with office 2003 when I run \\office 2007\setup.exe adminfile\custom.msp it prompt me for upgrade or customize and if I click upgrade everything works fine.

How do we create a package ??? and perform a silent upgrade ???

Thanks
Jimmy

When you are customizing the msp using OCT, did you check under Setup -> Licensing and User Interface -> Display Level

you have 3 options
None, Basic, and FULL default.
Try using None or Basic
