NVivo Sequencing issue

Hi, currently we are struggling with App-v sequencing issue:-
Previously in this package dlls were not correctly pointing to dlls, but then we found below post -
http://www.itninja.com/question/app-v-not-correctly-re-pointing-dll-paths-in-registry
Still application was giving error for perticular clsid, at the time of launch, then we changed it's path manually and we were able to resolve clsid error.
Now after launching successfully after 10-15 seconds application crashes. We tried multiple things but we are not successful to torubleshoot it. It is mocrosoft reporting error - send/dont send. Package has DCom entries, can it be the issue? any suggestion how to proceed now?

It could well be a COM issue, which means that you won't be able to produce an App-V sequence.

Try running ProcMon to monitor what is happening with the crash occurs - I believe launching with an /external will allow it to pick up the 'bubble' application.

Hope that helps,
