Can you please suggest me how can we sequence "Nuance Communications, Inc Nuance Power PDF Advanced" with App-V 5.1
It has device driver and add-in but in our environment Office is not virtualized or sequenced, Your answer would be much helpful and thanks in advance,

There are methods to manage drivers in sequences - see this post.
As you don't have a virtualised Office, you'd need plug-in specific Office app shortcuts as an entry point.
There are always going to be applications that can't be sequenced - it will be easier to manage if you treat this one as a normal, thick, install.
