NTVDM error in MSI
Hi,
I have an application ABSEL Pumps selection.
The source is an.exe file.The source is installing files in C:\ drive directly.Some files are going to Windows folder also.
The application requires a reboot after installation.
When I am packaging the application via set up capture in Wise Package Studio,the MSI package created throws 'ntvdm - System Hard Error'.
This is not the case with source,but only with MSI package.
I am using Windows Server 2003 build to package the application.
Can you tell me how to troubleshoot it?

Is it during the installation or while launching the application you get the error?
Sounds to me that it's a 16-bit application or you got some junk in the package.
