Norton 10

Hi everyone. This is my first time posting to this forum. I hope that you guys maybe able to help me. We just moved over to AD a few months ago and I've been working on putting out patches using GPO's. I got the basics down on how to do it but I have seem to run into a little problem with Norton 10. We were running Norton 8 on all of our systems so we needed to upgrade to Norton 10. I created a OU to put some test PC's in and added the msi file from the norton enterprise server to the GPO. It seemed to work fine but on some of our PC's we noticed that all of the drives went missing. The c, a, d, and all mapped drives. Then when I moved the PC's back to their OU the drives came back. Does anyone know what could cause this to happen? Thanks for any help.

What comes in mind is that in the OU you moved the PCs there is a policy hiding all drivers.
Have a look at "User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Explorer" (Hide these specified drives in My Computer) and see if this is the cause.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
