NordVPN/NordPass Not Detected as Software

Hey there, we recently discovered that one of our workstations has NordVPN/NordPass installed. The items appear in the Win10 application list, but neither appear in our SMA's Software or Software Catalog lists. I did find that they do appear in the Processess area (nordpass-background-app.exe and NordPass.exe). I'm looking for any insight as to why this installed piece of software does not appear in our SMA's Software area. Thanks!

Hey, have you checked the uncatalogued items? Software which is not yet part of our catalog will be listed there and can be shared with Quest so that we can add these items to the catalog.
