NOC Display for watching the Service Desk ticket queue

I'm working to implement a NOC type display to help with visibility of our Service Desk ticket queue. I'm looking for something having an incredibly simple layout that shows/scrolls new/unassigned tickets on one side and open tickets on the other side. Before I work to create something, I'd like to know what others are doing in this regard.
