No machines have Inventoried for more than 2 days! Why???

  • Could you provide additional information as to what was done to the appliance prior to agents not updating Inventory for more than 2 days? Maybe go through this checklist:
    Performance Issues Checklist (158058)
  • I would suggest you restart your K1 and see what happens, we have seen other customers with this issue and a restart works for a while then stops again, support will need to be contacted

You will need to contact support. If  you upgraded to version 8.0 from 7.X the service is broke. They will have to setup a tether key and fix it. We had same issue. Once they fix it then 8.1 is support fix that issue.
