KACE Product Support Question

I just started working with a company that uses KACE SDA & KACE SMA but I have never worked with it before and we had and entire turnover (all IT personnell left at the same time) and there was no knowledge transfer. From what I have read they did not set either of these systems up and weren't using any of the features. I just need some help on the basics and how-to's. If anyone has any time to help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

  • Contact Sales, to get the JumpStart Video (if they are still available). That was the training session the previous admin got, there is one for each appliance.

    You could also contact Training to book a paid BootCamp Session or some training hours.

    Quest also have several free Videos and this Forum for any type of questions.
  • I completely went through the same experience you are going through now. K1000 and K2000 needed to be configured and setup. I could an defiantly help you out.

  • Any help you could give me would be great. I will be contacting our sales rep soon to see if JumpStart is available. I have done a lot of the KKE and Boot Camp. Even some webinars but I just need help with the original set up because it was done wrong and now a lot of the features aren't working correctly. Thank you all for your time.
  • I ended up having to pay for support as the previous support staff got a ll the training when it was deployed. If you can get any training it will be a huge help. Is it one part you are stuck on?

  • Check with your sales rep, if they didn't setup the appliances, then maybe you still have a jumpstart session available. There's also still time to register for UserKon.
