New Lenovo and HP laptop All in One chassis type unknown

We are testing a couple new Lenovo and HP laptop/convertible but it looks like it sees the Chassis Type as unknown. WMI command see the type as 31. Is there anywahy that we can change the Chassis Type in K1000?

You cannot manually change that field. I would contact support to, at least, log this bug.

I have the same problem with my Laptop. My Windows 10 Keeps Restarting after I updated the OS. The laptop won't keep open, it shuts down immediately I turn it on.
