New K1000 key Issue

I applied a new licenses key to the K 1000. After the server restarted, I lost all the organizations I had before and I can not access to system interface!!

Any suggestion, please.

Your data is not lost. Just get the right key.

do _NOT_ call support. Support cannot do anything here.
Call your sales rep, that you need a multi-orgs license instead of a single org license.
With the new key all orgs (with the right settings) are back.
(They are still there and are also backed up, but the license only queries the first org)

call support immediately, sounds like you applied a single org license to a multi-org  system.  They are two different license types.
