.net webservice required software prob

I m trying to package a webservice on windows 2003 server using Wise for Windows which will check for asp.net/iis and some third-party appz like lotus etc. I can detect asp.net and iss within wise but in order to detect lotus for example i tried using System Search feature to find the registry key but it dint work for me. I tried to find registry key for it in HKLM\Software\Notes but looks like wise doesnt detect it although its there. Is using the registry key search the best way to detect any third-party app like Lotus? also i cant package Lotus Notes in my MSI right due to license etc right?
