Nero Self-Healing Issue in Standard User
Hi,
I have packaged Nero 8.3.2.1b. It's a vendor MSI. After long time It is working in the standard user also. The source media delivered non-advertised shortcut.I removed those non-advertised shortcut and advertised shortcuts has been created through MST. The problem is, in the Standard user the self-healing process is not happening. I have deleted some critical file which is having keypath and I launched the Nero Express shortcut from the standard user then the Self-healing process is initiated but in the middle it is throwing "Fatal Error" and the window caption is Problem with Shortcut. But the same seanario is working fine in the Administrator Account.

So enable the Windows Installer Logging policy and set it to verbose.
Trigger the repair and when the error comes up check the log why it fails.
