Hi Donna,
I suggest you go here and download the Office Admin Tool. This will allow you to create a deployable "package" of Office suitable for mass deployment. It will (should) have all the documentation needed to get you sroted.

Make sure you're using the correct package type too! There's Office 365 (C2R), Office VLK (classic setup.exe) - probably more Office's that I don't know about.
If you're using C2R deployments, read ALL of the documentation, and change the PackageID using their tool. - rileyz 7 years ago
