Need updated options for re-downloading patches that apply to K1000 v6
To resolve some issues with deploying patches, I was given this link from KACE for re-downloading patches:

However, it doesn't seem to apply to v6. Can someone explain how to re-download or purge specific patches using v6?

You can unsubscribe from all patches, and change the "Unused Patches" setting to 1 day. Then, tomorrow or the next day, assuming your Patch Download is scheduled to run daily, all the Patch Signature and/or Package files should be gone. At that point, you should be able to resubscribe (with proper subscription settings) and get the Signatures back.

Regarding the purge, you are right the option is gone under Settings >Control Panel > Patch Subscription and all there is a delete button.
Being that there is nothing to delete from that page and it says delete patch content under Patch Subscription that might be the new way of doing it. Delete and start from scratch. - nshah 9 years ago
