Need to send an email to a tech for all comments made in workflow tickets
I am trying to find a way that one specific tech gets an email for all comments put in the parent and child tickets of a workflow process.
Is there a custom way of doing this - possibly a ticket rule?
I tried a ticket rule that puts that tech in the CC list but that keeps from being able to put anybody else into the CC list when needed.
