need help on creating custom layout for change management
Hi All,
We are new to Kace and learning to customize the fields.
I would like to create two check boxes under DOWNTIME NEEDED,already created one but unable to create two check boxes.
can you guys help and is there any way to create two check boxes, buttons or text/ radio button using SQL queries.

Ok.
1. To change a label you need to edit it under Queue Customization
2. To remove a field from layout you can set the permission to hidden
3. To get a multiple select box you also have to change the related Custom Field.

i think 2 checkboxes are only possible with two custom fields, otherwise you have to use a multiple select box. - aragorn.2003 9 years ago
