National Instrument LABView X32-bit v2011

Hi friends,
i am tring installing National Instrument LABView X32-bit v2011. silently.
for that i have created .xml file. but while installing few error messages are prompting some file and .msi missing............but in GUI mode it is not prompting any error........please provide any sugesstions
