My machines using a remote site k2000 are not able to connect to server after boot into KBE.

We've got a RSA that has worked in the past, machines can PXE boot and logon to the RSA, but after selecting the boot environment for Win 7, they cannot find the KBOX remote site "server not found". I changed the boot file and they can successfully connect and load from the primary k2000 appliance with no problem. I am unable to determine why they can't connect in KBE to the remote site.

Is this version 3.4? Have you updated your RSAs to the latest version?
what does the text file in x:\windows\temp\kbox-ip-address say?

Comments:
  • primary appliance version 3.3.43982 RSA's are 3.3.35375
Where do I find the text file? On the client I'm trying to image? - mlathrop 12 years ago
  • FYI, the gui does indicate the correct IP of the RSA...at the point it says it cannot connect. - mlathrop 12 years ago
  • I cant boot to my RSA if the physical appliance is down...let me know how you resolve this. It sounds like the same issue... - mrpadilla 10 years ago
