Application Shortcuts Do Not Appear in StartMenu following MSI Installations

my application setup is having 4 vendor MSI'S. I can able to create shortcut but its not reflecting in startmenu. Its not working for the 4 msi's. Please tell me what might be the issue and how can i create shortcut.

I Tried creating response transform as well but still facing the same issue
