Multiple Update Queries on Ticket Rules
I need to build a slightly advanced ticket rule with an update query that requires a bit of customization beyond what the wizard can handle. I have been doing my update with 2 rules, but would really like to do it with 1 rule.
Is it possible to run 2 update statements in the Update SQL: section of the ticket rule? Is there a separator like a semicolon between statements?
