Multiple ShortCuts
I have a strange issue. I got a vendor msi and created a mst. Delivery to ALLUSERS =1.
Installing same package to few vms for testing and one of them installs with 2 of the same shortcuts on the desktop.
One in ALL users profile and one in the user profile.
Why am i seeing different behavior?

Are you manually typing the install command? if so can you double check you are using ALLUSERS=1 not ALLUSERS =1 on each one... - Rob_Cliffeild 7 years ago

Hi,
two possible reasons for this...
1. The Vendor MSI might be using a custom action to create shortcuts based on conditions
2. The shortcuts present in the shortcut table are installed based on conditions...
Have a look for any custom actions that look like they are creating custom actions and comment them out.
Have a look at the shortcut table, and see what features the shortcuts are assigned to.
