multiple msi in single exe
I need to keep multiple msi inside 1 exe and extract during installation and install them silently and if possible delete during uninstallation of that exe.

I agree that multiple MSIs would be a better approach (most deployment tools like SCCM can cope quite happily with that, as can Group Policy deployment) but, if you *have* to go the EXE (e.g. if you are unable to "educate" your client...) why not simply build a CMD (or, better, a VBS) and use one of the many, many script-to-EXE utilities which are available?

Dont you think working with MSI would be a better and cleaner method.
You can use nested installation from an msi and convert that to exe but I would not recommend that.

You can make a dummy msi in which you choose program from destination to install other msi
