MSRT KB 890830 and KACE agent 6.4

This KB released on Feb 21 2017 and after that all my machines with WIN 7 running KACE agent 6.4xx are having an issue, once user restart laptop. If I disable KACE agent on start up, things are working fine. Is there any known issue here?

I'm not too familiar with MSRT, perhaps it is blocking KACE functions? Can you whitelist all the KACE processes in MSRT?

We were force to update to KACE agent version 7.xx to fix the Enterprise wide issue.
